I come from retail with a degree in Accounting. I learned this business in the field, trained by technicians with more than 20 years of experience. The old school as they said, but in telecommunication you need to be on top of things, this is an industry that constantly changes. These changes come from the needs of each company out there, small medium and big businesses who share the same purpose: provide the best quality of service to their customers.
